I paid my monthly subscription yesterday but it is still saying I have not paid and it won’t let me do anything.. what do I do?

Let me provide some information about the message that you're getting when making payment for your monthly subscription, ryleysrentals.

 

Generally, your payment is unsuccessful once you've received the I have not paid message. QuickBooks Online (QBO) only accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You'll want to update your credit card information. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Select the Billing details tab.
  3. Select Edit billing information and update your payment info.
  4. This will launch the Wallet list, from this view you can:
    • Edit the payment method used for QuickBooks Online billing (expiration date, billing address, account holder name)
    • Add a new payment to be used for QuickBooks Online billing
    • Switch QuickBooks Online billing to the previously stored payment method
  5. After saving your change, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing details tab.

 

Also, to make sure that your bank balance isn't deducted after you've attempted to pay your subscription, you can preview your bank statement. Otherwise, you can reach out to our support team if you're unable to distinguish the deduction from your bank balance. This way, they can double-check if the payment was successful or not.
