Let me help you by making sure you'll be able to use the service you've paid for in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
To verify, we can log in using your full email address or frequently used user ID. This is for us to check the account that you've paid.
If you're still unable to get the paid account, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to review the status of your paid subscription.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click Assistant.
- Enter "I need a human" in the field twice.
- Click I still need a human.
- Select either Message an agent or Get a callback.
