I subscribe through apple. When I finished my taxes, it was asking me to pay $288. I already pay $450 for quickbooks. When I called they said that Turbo Tax and Quickbooks are different companies and I would have to talk to Quickbooks. They also said that the only version of self employed Turbo Tax is a "live" version.

We're glad you've posted here, Houston. Let me route you to the right team that can help you configure the charges for tax filing services.

I can see you've already contacted the Apple billing department regarding the unexpected charges. Since Turbo Tax charged you an additional $288 after completing your taxes, I recommend reaching out to them for further information.

They have the details you need about the extra charge and can help you understand TurboTax services in connection with your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. You can check out this article to contact them: TurboTax Live Support.

Additionally, I'll add this resource to help you avoid data entry errors when managing your QuickBooks Self-employed info with TurboTax: Send QuickBooks Self-Employed tax info to TurboTax Self-Employed or Live.

Furthermore, if you need to update your credit card details, make changes to your subscription, or view your billing history in QuickBooks Online (QBO), please refer to this article: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QBO.

We aim to provide you with clear explanations and solutions. If you have any additional questions about your tax filing services in QBSE, don't hesitate to reach out. We're committed to providing the support you need!
