I posted the other day about changing estimate to quote, I do not have several fields showing that were mentioned to do this.Is it because of a free trial ?

It's great to see you back in the Community. Let's work together to see why these fields aren't showing in your account. 

 

The reason that you're unable to see these options to customize an estimate is because you may be using the opposite version of estimates and invoices that the agent gave. Let me explain in further detail: 

 

New Version of estimates:

 

With the new version, as you're creating the sales forms, you can personalize and update them. (The version you're using) 

 

Old Version of estimates:

 

The old experience will allow you to create customized templates from the Custom Form Styles setting. (The agent provided steps for this version specifically)

 

With that information broke down, I recommend trying the instructions listed under Customize invoices and estimates with the new version in this guide.
