Question

I posted to the community. When someone responded, it was sent to the wrong email address. I cannot find this email address anywhere in QB. How do I change it?

Let's make sure you're receiving the reply on the correct email address you used, team-promisedlan.

 

You can check your spam or junk folders if you may have received a reply. Normally, you'll receive it on the email address you used to sign up for your account. You'll be able to know the email address you're using once you sign in to the Community page and provide the login information such as the email address and the password.  You can also check this out to give more information on how you're going to determine the email address you're using.
