I purchased but still says I need to buy and can’t access my account when I click subscribe it says I already have it I have talked to 3 people already and still nothing?

To check the status of the subscription, I have to collect sensitive data to view the information. The Community is a public platform, and performing this task can’t be done here for security reasons.

 

I still recommend contacting our Self-Employed Care Team again to follow-up issue. One of our support agents can take a look at the case number and provide an update about the issue in a secure environment.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Choose the Help menu in the upper right hand to access the Search window.
  2. From there, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
  3. Type the issue/topic in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.
  4. Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.
