Question

I received an ID Alert from Norton 360 to verify a login dated 9/13/22. I DO NOT RECOGNIZE THIS LOGIN ATTEMPT. This login attempt appears to have been successful.

Hi dgiles-samrba-co,

 

We couldn't check or verify the logs from your Norton 360 antivirus since it's different software. However, I can guide you to check your login logs in QuickBooks Online on September 30 so you can cross-check them with your Norton 360 logs.

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Audit log.
  2. Change the date to September 30, 2022.
  3. In the Events field, choose Sign in/sign out.

 

 

If there's a login log that you don't recognize, let me know, or contact our QBO Support so they can check it further for you. Then, change your Intuit password immediately.

 

  1. Next to Settings ⚙, select the icon with your first initial.
  2. Select Manage your Intuit account. It’ll take you to accounts.intuit.com.
  3. Select Sign in & security and choose Password.
  4. Enter a new password, then select Save. You’ll receive an email about the recent change to your QBO account.
