Let me welcome you to becoming part of the growing QuickBooks Online family! Let me provide some information about missing Shopify payments in your QuickBooks General Ledger, @mary-mbartstudio.

It could be that there was a problem when initiating the transfer from GoDaddy to QuickBooks. Aside from that, it's also possible that payments are not included in the list of data that can be transferred to QuickBooks.

That being said, I suggest to contact GoDaddy support to verify. Once confirmed, you may have to manually record those transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You may also want to utilize our bank feeds feature if you treat Shopify as bank account to download transaction in QuickBooks. For more information about this, please check out this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, I'm attaching this article that can guide you in navigating the software and how to use the features in QuickBooks Online: Get started and adjust settings after you sign up for QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you have further concerns about finding and managing missing Shopify payments in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to help you. Take care!

i just realized that you have to "add" transactions on the dashboard page.  that is why they hadn't shown up yet.  problem solved.  thank you for your responses!
