I RECENTLY UPGRADED TO QB ONLINE. AND HAVE WINDOWS 11. HOW DO YOU FIND THE QUICK BOOKS ICON THAT TAKES YOU TO YOUR COMPANY FILES?

Hi there and welcome to QuickBooks Online, creativeapprl-gm.

 

You need to access QuickBooks Online (QBO) via a web browser. I'll guide you through the steps.

 

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
  3. If you enter a phone number or email address, we’ll send you a text or email with a verification code. 
  4. If you enter a user ID, choose which method you prefer.
  5. Enter the verification code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
