This isn't the kind of impression I want you to have with QuickBooks Online (QBO), @KW72.

Let's work together and fix the issue you're having with your Sales Tax report.

To begin with, you'll want to ensure you filter the date of the report accurately to view the correct data. If you have, please ensure you've checked the box under the Tax column in the refund.

This way, you'll be able to see the tax amount when pulling up the report. I've added a screenshot below for visual reference.

On the other hand, you can also run the Taxable Sales Detail report and customize it to show the information you need.

Once you're all set, you'll want to utilize this link for guidance in efficiently filing your returns: File your sales tax return and record tax payment in QuickBooks Online.

I'm always here to lend a hand if you need further help with your sales tax report. You can also add in your response if you have any other concerns with your QBO account. Take care and keep safe!
