Question

I sent a user invitation. I have 5 users and currently only using two. Why can't my new user type her user id in the box. It is blocked.

I am setting her up as a standard user. She is receiving the invitation with the link, but when she clicks on "let's go", the user id box is blacked out and she can't click in it.

Let's get this sorted out, @cpaforhisglory-o.

 

It's possible that the browser your user's using may have a data issue. Let her try accepting the invitation using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related data issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

 

Once she's on the private browser, let her accept the invitation again to double-check.

 

If this works, it means that she needs to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

If she gets the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
