I signed up for a QuickBooks promo earlier this week for 15/month. Every time I try to snap a receipt it says there something wrong with my subscription. Please Help!

I snap the receipt then it ask for how I paid. After I select how I paid it says something is wrong with the subscription. Help pls

Let me help you snap a receipt and bring it to your QuickBooks Online account. You'll want to check first if your subscription is active.

 

To know the status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Team. They can pull up your account and check your subscription.

 

Here's how to get in touch with them.

 

  1. Tap the Help menu in the upper right hand to open the Search window.
  2. Scroll down to click the Contact us button.
  3. Enter the issue/topic in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.
  4. Choose Start messaging or Get a callback.

 

Please contact them during business hours. You can browse this page to know when to contact our Live Support Team: QuickBooks Online Support.

 

Once everything looks good, you can capture and categorize receipts and bills or email them to QuickBooks Online.
