Question

I signed up for Quickbooks Self-employed instead of Quickbooks Accountant. The account is a trial account as of now. How do I change the subscription to Accountant?

I got your back in this concern, @Accountifi1.

You can sign up for another account for the QuickBooks Online Accountant version. This is because QBO and QuickBooks Self-Employed are two different programs.

Moreover, the QuickBooks Self-Employed that you have is just a trial version, and canceling that type of account isn't an option for us. You'll have to wait for the 30-day trial to end to account inactive, and there'll be no other charges as long as you don't enter any method of payment.

To ensure that you'll be able to get a QuickBooks Online Accountant account, please utilize this link: Access all your clients, resources, and tools under one login.

Just click on the Sign up for free option in the link and follow the instructions found to get your desired account.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about this or with QuickBooks. I'll be around for you. Take care!
