So I’ve never had an account. The only option is to sign out. I’ve received no emails since signing up. The app works fine. I’m afraid I’m going to be charged for this and I can’t use it. I need to be able to use it on my computer.

Welcome to the Community, @ar11_2-mekoch.

Let me help and provide information on why you get an error after signing up for the trial in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, there will be no charge as you do not have an account with a subscription. I recommend subscribing again.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company and navigate to the Gear icon.
  2. From there, select Subscriptions and billing
  3. After that, tap Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  4. Select Subscribe.

After that, check the next charge date, here's how:

  1. Sign out, then sign in again.
  2. Go back to the Gear icon, and select Subscriptions and Billing.
  3. From there, check the Next charge date.

You can also check this article for more detailed information: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

However, if it's a date in the past and you don't have the option to resubscribe. I suggest contacting support to help you create an account since the trial is over.

For future reference, I'll add this article to help you manage your monthly QBO subscription: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have further questions about resubscribing or other QBO-related concerns. I'll be here to assist you.
