Question

I signed up for the Turbo Tax/Quickbooks package back in January 2020. Now that I'm trying to log in, it's saying I need to resubscribe. Why?

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you figure out why you're getting the Resubscribe message.

 

You may be accessing a different account. Please make sure to log in using the correct sign-in information.

 

If you think it's the right one, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. I'd suggest using the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu.

 

This way, they can securely access your account check your active subscriptions. Our Customer Support available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday).

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
  4. Choose the necessary option. 

 

For additional reference, you can use the following article to update your QuickBooks sign-in info: Change your email, user ID, or password for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
