Help has arrived.

In a few steps, I'll show you how to cancel your account in QuickBooks

Online.

If you purchase your QuickBooks account direct from intuit, please follow this method on how to withdraw them:

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel or Cancel your trial.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

Moreover, if you signed up via a mobile app shop, we can go to the app store to cancel them.

Alternatively, feel free to read through these references for more details:

You can always leave a reply if there's anything else that you need help with reactivating your account in QBO. I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

On my phone the only option it has is 4 days left with a subscribe button. maybe that means I won't get billed for the 2 accounts I have set up by mistake. I hope not anyway, but besides that I was asking how to delete the accounts and start over so just canceling doesn't get that done for me. If that's not possible this experience just trying to figure out if I'm going to get hit with a 60-dollar bill in 4 days for something I'm not using is very frustrating and I'll find a different software to use that's more user friendly.
