I started my QuickBooks subscription through my Apple acct but I’m wanting to move it to my business card. Can we change the payment method/sub outside of Apple? Tks!

Transferring your Apple billing to QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable at this time, diggingfordopami. You'll have to cancel your subscription with Apple and then create a new account in QBO.

Before you proceed, export the data to Excel and import them to your new QBO account. When you're ready, use the official steps from Apple to cancel the subscription. Once done, visit the QuickBooks Plans and Pricing site to view the various plans and features in each version.
