I've come to help you access your mileage details after switching over to QuickBooks Online (QBO) from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @adamkeeler-aklig.

When you switch from QBSE to QBO, you're unable to go back. Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team. They can securely verify your account and get you to access your mileage information.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us (Send a message or Get a callback). Make sure to initiate contact during support hours.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last five steps.

Also, to learn more about tracking your trips and vehicle info in QBO, you can check out this article: Set up mileage tracking and vehicles in QuickBooks Online. It also includes helpful links that'll further guide you to automatically record your trips and business miles through the system.

Please don't hesitate to leave a comment below on how it goes. If there's anything else you need, I'm just here to help. Take care always.
