Question

I upgraded my account to be able to have up to 3 users but the option to add another user is still not there?

It just has the upgrade option for me but according to the type of account (essentials plan) i have, i should be able to have up to 3 users?

Not to worry, cassidy71113. I can help check why the option to add a new user is missing from the Manage Users page.

 

I've tried to add a new user and can add one. I've attached a screenshot for your reference:

 

Sometimes missing options might be a browser cache issue. To resolve this, you can use an incognito or a private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If you can successfully add a user, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to refresh your browser and delete files affecting browsing performance. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers as an alternative.
