Question

I've already paid $120 introductory offer on my credit card for an annual subscription to QB Self-Employed, but I don't see my subscription in QB?

Your subscription is obtainable on the Billing info page, @joebeitey4-. I'm happy to guide you through how to get there.

Welcome to the QuickBooks family. I'll make sure you can see and review your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) annual subscription without a moment's delay.

To view your subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Go to the Gear or Profile icon on the upper right side.
  3. Select the Billing info tab.

If you still didn't see it, I'd recommend logging in and out to refresh the settings. If the problem continues, log into your account through an incognito browser. This way, we can verify if it's a browser-related issue.

Use the following hotkey:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, go back to the Billing info page and recheck if it's already there. If it works, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache.
