I've changed my phone number multiple times in all the different locations and everytime I attempt to transfer money the verification code is sent to my old number.

I'll make sure your verification code will be sent to your new number. 

 

Since you've tried changing your mobile number, however, the verification code still sends to your old number. It's possible it was not updated yet to your Intuit account.

 

Here's how you can update your information: 

 

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. Select Sign In & Security from the left menu. 
  3. Under the Phone section, click the Verify link. Then, hit Change.
  4. Enter your new phone number, and then click Save.

 

If the issue continues, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, he/she can ensure you can get a verification code and continue your business.
