I've gone through the same 100+ line items multiple times, but they keep resetting when the page refreshes. I need to file my taxes, but QuickBooks isn't working at all.

Our engineers have an open investigation about seeing a blank page when creating or viewing transactions or other sections in our system. I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can add your account to the notification list. They can also give other options on how you can proceed in filing your taxes. Email updates will be sent if a permanent fix to this issue is available. 

Here's how to contact us if you're using a web browser:

1. Select Assistant from the top menu.
2. Enter talk to a human twice.
3. Select the way you'll want to connect with us.
