I have the information you need. You can go to our website to see the cost by clicking on this link: QuickBooks pricing page. To subscribe to a new account using the same login credentials, you can follow these steps:

1. In the Choose the plan that's right for your business page, select your plan. 
2. Select the toggle icon to Buy now or try the Free trial for 30 days.
3. Click the Select button of the plan you want to subscribe. Adding payroll is optional and you can click the Continue without payroll button 
4. Select the Check out button.
5. In the Create an Intuit account page, click the Sign in link next to Adding a company to an existing account?.
6. Enter your login credentials and click Sign in.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions in completing the new company setup.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
