I want to cancel

I want to make sure that we're on the same page. Do you mean you wish to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription? If yes, I'm sad to know about it but I'll guide you on how to do it.

1. Go to the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
2. Choose Billing & Subscription tab then click Cancel in the QuickBooks section.
3. Select Continue to cancel.
4. Pick Submit and cancel subscription.
5. Hit Got it.

However, if you mean you want to cancel your QuickBooks Online payroll subscription, here are the steps that you can follow:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and then choose Account and Settings.
2. Select Billing & Subscription then
3. Click Cancel in the Payroll section.
4. Select Continue to cancel.
5. Complete the short survey and select confirm cancel.

Once canceled, your data will be available in a read-only access for one year from the date of cancellation.
