It's sad to know that you're canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, but I'm here to provide you the process, @lachampita1.

You can cancel your QBO account from the Billing & Subscription page. Take note that from the cancellation date, your company data will be available in read-only access for one year. I suggest exporting your reports to Excel or print them for your future use.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account, then select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Billing and subscription at the left pane.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel subscription.
  5. Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it displays on your screen).
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.
  7. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Once done, choose Got it.

Once completed, you'll receive an email notification that confirms the cancellation process.

If you're referring to something else, let us know. This way, we can provide you the steps to fix your concern.

I've also added this article that can guide you on how to reactivate QuickBooks Online: How to resubscribe.

Get back to me if there's anything you need assistance with. I'm more than happy to help. Have a pleasant day.
