Hey there, carloscpmtruckin. 

 

I can show you how to cancel your subscription, however, if your current plan isn't offering exactly what you want, you could always try downgrading or upgrading your account to the version that has the features your business requires. Either way, check out this link below, it provides you with a phone number you can call, a video tutorial and step-by-step instructions on how to cancel your subscription. 

 

- Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial. 

 

Here are the steps as well:

 

  • Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  • Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  • In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  • Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  • Follow the next steps.
  • Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  • Select Got it.

Your account is now cancelled.
