Hello, @modhvadia.

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community today. I'll show you how to cancel your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner and select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Billing & Subscription and go to the QuickBooks section. Then, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  3. Select Continue to cancel and click Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  4. Follow the next steps and select Submit and cancel subscription. Then, click Got it.

 

Once you're done, we'll send the account administrator an email that confirms we cancelled your subscription.
