I want to cancel my account

I'll take it as you want to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. Let me guide you how:

1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.  If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
4. Continue with the on-screen instructions to successfully cancel it.

If you want to cancel your QuickBooks Payroll account:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Account and settings.
3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Select Cancel on the Payroll section.

Afterward, you'll receive an email from us that confirms the cancellation. Then, you can still access the file for a year from the day of cancellation. This way, you'll have the option to download or print the data needed for your taxes.
