In QuickBooks Online, you can cancel your account from your billing and subscription information. Let me walk you through the steps on how to accomplish this.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Billing &subscription.
  4. On the QuickBooks Plan section, select Cancel Subscription.
  5. Click Cancel.
