Welcome to the Community, impression3800-a.

 

You can cancel subscriptions purchased directly from Intuit while signed in.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in with a web browser as an admin user.
  2. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon.
  3. Go to Account and settings.
  4. Access the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. Select Cancel subscription, Cancel online, or Cancel trial.
  6. Follow your onscreen steps to finish the process.

 

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your steps for cancelling will be a bit different.

 

After paid and trial subscriptions are cancelled, Intuit will hold the account's data for one year. This allows you to pick up where you'd left off if you decide to continue using QuickBooks.

@impression3800-a   Cancel your credit card. QB WILL keep charging you., even after you submit your request to cancel. Then, you won't be able to get a refund.
