I want to cancel my suscription, but option doesnt work!!!!

Hello xavieraluna,

 

It looks like you're facing a browser issue. There are times QuickBooks will not work properly if our browser is holding too much cache. These are the stored files from the history. 

 

Logging in to your account using a private browser can help you cancel your subscription. You can press CTRL+ Shift + P for Mozilla and Internet Explorer. For Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift +N and press Command + Shift + N for Safari.

 

If the employee's button works fine, you can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO. 

 

However, if clearing the cache won't work, please give us a call. This way, our specialist can help you cancel your subscription. Click the Help icon and select the Contact us button. Also, you can visit here to know what would happen to your data after you cancel your subscription
