I want to create a new company and still have access to my old company.

To create a new company, you'll need to sign up for a separate QuickBooks online account. One company file is equivalent to one subscription.

 

Here's how to sign up:

 

  1. Visit the QuickBooks pricing page.
  2. Choose a plan you want to create.
  3. If you like to use the same credentials, enter your existing Intuit login credentials.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the signup process.

 

Once done, you can switch between companies you're subscribed to by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Switch company.
