We'd love to have you back, @Sisonnn. I have all the steps to help you resubscribe your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Before we proceed, note that you'll need to use the payment method you had on your previous subscription. If you plan to change it, you can do so after reactivating your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.

  3. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info.
  4. Hit Subscribe.

Moreover, if your account has been inactive for over a year, I recommend purchasing a new QBO plan so you can utilize our services once again.
