I WAS CHANRGED 6.99 AS I SUBSCRIBED WITH Apple Pay BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT RECOGNIZING IT AN IT STILL SAYS SUBSCRIBE NOW

You might want to log out and log back in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. This would help refresh the program and see the changes.

 

If it still asks you to resubscribe, you can contact the Apple Pay support. They can review your account and refresh the system. You can also use this link for more information: Frequently asked questions about Apple Pay and QuickBooks.
