Question

I was disconnected to the previous chat due to the webpage timing out and waiting in line. I haven't received the email verification that was supposed to be sent to me

I cannot verify bank transfers because the text message isn't working! And QB said they would email me within 2-3 days

The Multi-factor is a security enhancement on top of the usual password requirement. You can receive the security code via your email or through your mobile device. Whereas the two-step verification will only give you the option for voice call and text in receiving the code. Also, make sure that your phone number is updated or accessible.
