I was lied to I want to cancel service and get issued refunds

It's sad to see you leave the QuickBooks family. We'll assist you with your concern, so your exit will be easy for you.

 

Before canceling your account, would you mind telling me your concern and what was promised to you? This way will be able to provide you an accurate resolution to your concern. 

 

If you want to proceed to cancel your account, please follow these steps I’ve laid out below:

  1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, and then click Continue to cancel again.
  5. Enter the reason for the cancellation.
  6. Click Submit and cancel your subscription.
  7. Select Got it. 

Once done, I'd still suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support team to check the status of your refund. They have the tools to verify and expedite the refund process.

Here's how: 

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. Paste your question in the text box and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback. These options are available during their office hours.
