I was sent a link from my employer to sign up, but while I was entering my personal information, time expired and I can't enter my personal information.

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let me give you some additional insight into your problem. 

 

If you need to get back to Workforce to enter your personal information, you'll need your employer to do these steps below to resend the invite: 

 

  1. Go to the Payroll tab on the left-hand menu bar. 
  2. Select the Employees portion of the page. 
  3. Choose the employee. 
  4. Press Send reminder next to QuickBooks Workforce.
  5. Tap Send reminder if the email address is correct. 

 

From there, the employer will send that reminder and you'll open the new link you get. If this doesn't work, have your employer cancel the access and send the invitation to a new email address. Here's  guide that can help them out: Manage invitations to Workforce
