Question

I was sent an email to update my payment information in Quickbooks. When I sign in there is not an area to do this. Can anyone help?

You have me to help you update your payment information, McCarthytom.

 

We can update it through the Billing info page. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and then select Billing info.
  2. In the Payment Information section, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
  3. Update your payment info.
  4. Tick the box to confirm the action.
  5. Click Update and then select Close.
