Question

I was trying to cancel my subscription because I found out i didn't have to do a payroll at this time. I couldn't do it online. Please help

I'd be happy to walk you through the process of canceling your payroll subscription with QuickBooks Online. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Settings at the upper right corner. 
  2. Select Account and Settings
  3. Choose the Billing and Subscription tab. 
  4.  In the Payroll section, select Cancel. 
  5. Click Continue to cancel the subscription. 
  6. Complete the short survey, then click Confirm cancel

You can check out cancel and reactivate your Online Payroll account for more details.

I knew where to go but it did not let me cancel. Please see attachment.

 

I'd like a refund but I couldn't call in either.

For the refund, I would be best to contact our specialist and help help you do something about it. Once you route the link, we can follow the steps above:

 

  1. Click the Globe icon at the upper-right corner and select your region (US). 
  2. Select QuickBooks Online option and select Continue.
