Question

I was unaware this app was a subscription based. My trial is up and I can’t see any info I’ve entered so far.Can I see the information I’ve already tracked during trial?

Allow me to point you in the right direction. Free trial subscription cancels automatically at the end of the trial period without any fees.

 

QuickBooks will keep your data for a year. However, you need to have an active subscription so you'll be able to acquire the information you need. You'll see a prompt as soon as you sign in to activate your account.

 

 

Here's how to resubscribe through a web browser:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the Gear icon at the top right.
  3. Select Billing Info.
  4. You can click the View options if you want to select a different type of subscription with TurboTax or without.
  5. Confirm the billing information and CVV number.
  6. Click Subscribe to complete the process.

 

You can follow these steps to resubscribe in the mobile app:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the main menu.
  3. Tap Subscription.
  4. Select the option - QuickBooks Self-Employed or Self-Employed Tax Bundle.
  5. Follow the on-screen instruction with your app store to complete the process.
