I was using QB for mileage in 2019 with a free membership with the tax software. I had to switch phones and can no longer access my data. Can you help?

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix this, cwkinkopf.

We can start with clearing the app data. It could be that data are corrupted that's why you're unable to access your data. Also, old cache files can potentially pose security threats. You can follow the steps below.
 

For Android:

1. Open the Settings of your phone.

2. Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page.

3. Hit Other Apps to see a list of your installed apps.

4. Find the QuickBooks mobile application and tap its listing.

5. Tap the Clear cache button.

If the same thing happens, you can uninstall and reinstall the application to get a fresh copy of it. Here's how:

1. Open the Settings of your phone.

2. Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page.

3. Hit Other Apps to see a list of your installed apps.

4. Find the QuickBooks mobile application and tap its listing.

5. Select Uninstall.
6. You can go to Google Play to re-download the app.

For iOS:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select General.
3. Tap iPhone Storage/iPad Storage.
4. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see your apps arranged by the amount of storage they take up. Select the QuickBooks mobile application 
5. Tap Delete App then confirm the changes.
6. Head to the App Store and re-download it.
