Allow me to share some information regarding subscriptions, @VTOH.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), one company file is equivalent to one subscription. This means, that transferring a subscription from one company to another is not available.

However, we can export your reports, lists, and other data from your old company to the new one. To export your reports and lists, please  follow these steps:

  1. Select the Settings ⚙ icon from the toolbar.
  2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5. Select Export to Excel.

You'll then prompted with a confirmation that  the data has been exported. Note that, in exporting reports and lists, non-posting information are not included so you can also export them instead.

After exporting your data, you may now import them to your new company. To know about what formats and information can be imported in QuickBooks, refer to this article: Common questions about importing data to QBO.

Should you need additional help in managing  your QuickBooks account, you can always find me here. I'm just a comment away.

Thank you for the information however I do not want to import or transfer any of the information.  The data in the original subscription was currented during a data clean up using a third party service.  I reimported the data into a new company and the new files has everything I need.  The subscription assigned to the first company is paid through the end of the month.  The trial for the second company has expired.  I don't want to pay for the second company when the first company is not being used and has been paid for the month.
