If I am trying to restore my data to an earlier version, and back up company is not on my list in settings. Is there another way to restore the data?

Let me guide you through the process of restoring backup data in QuickBooks Online, @jlanzetesq.

Firstly, I want to inform you that this feature is only exclusive to QuickBooks Online Advanced Company. Restoring your backup data may take up to an hour. You will know when it's ready when you see a checkmark. Please don't do anything in your company until it's done.

Here's how to restore backup data:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Settings, then select Back up company.
3. Click on Add company.
4. Select the Search for a company dropdown menu, then click on the Company you want to back up.
5. Click on Next, then Connect.
6. Navigate the Company you want to back up.
7. Hit the Action dropdown menu, then select Run full backup.
