If I cancel my subscription will I still be able to view it?

Let me provide information on what happens if you cancel your subscription.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online data for one year. It means you can view your data, but won't be able to download or create a transaction.

We recommend exporting your data before you cancel it. You can export them to Excel or a desktop version of QuickBooks. Please check out these links:

Also, if you're using a trial version, your data is available for 90 days.
