Question

If I set up my bank in the app it allows me to do everything except connect my account by checking the accounts I want to use. It says "something didn’t work”

To clarify, have you tried connecting the bank in a web browser? If so, did you receive the same error message? You said "by checking the accounts I want to use", are you trying to connect the bank account to more than one account? 

 

Any additional details you can share would be a great help in providing the right steps for you to get back to business as quickly as possible.
