If our company has a QuickBooks Advanced and a QuickBooks Online Premium subscription, do we get a designated Rep that we can contact?

Yes, your QuickBooks Online Advanced account comes with a Priority Circle membership. The membership is a VIP customer care program that offers personalized support. 

 

You will be able to work with a dedicated account team who understands your business goals and connects you to the right resources. All you need to do is call or start a chat from the Help menu at the top right-hand corner when in the product.

QBO Premium? Afaik, QBO Advanced is the highest plan they offer at the moment.
