I'll help you update your payment on file, @TVSIV36.

If you mean to update your billing subscription on file, you can run QuickBooks Online on a supported browser and update it from there.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as Master or Company Admin.
  2. At the upper-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings
  3. From the left menu, click Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click the pencil icon beside your payment method.
  5. Enter your updated credit card details. Ensure that the address used in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement to avoid errors.
  6. Once done, click Confirm card and then Save.

You can also check this article helps update the payment information if you have a payroll subscription or subscribed to QuickBooks Online from an app store like Google Play and Apple Store.

However, if you're referring to update your e-file and e-pay on file, you'll have to turn off the E-services feature. This way, you can update the bank account. Then, activate it again and link the correct bank account. I've added the reference here: Update your business info in online payroll.

Our Customer Support Team can also help you update any billing information on file if you need live assistance.

Please leave a comment whenever you have other questions. I'd be glad to pick where we left off. Take care!
