Import TruBill transactions to Quickbooks Online

I'm Trying to upload My TruBill account transactions that I set up for my bank accounts and my bills before I had Quickbooks!!! It keeps going to things that are in Quickbooks and already have made in my invoices also saved in my transactions, nothing about my file or transactions from TruBill!!!

I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to import TruBill transactions in Quickbooks Online.


First, if you're using a third-party connector to link TruBill to QuickBooks Online, it's best to seek some help from third-party connector support. They might need to check your settings to ensure that it's correct so that you'll be able to import the transactions.


If you're manually importing the transactions through a file, you'll want to check the file and make sure that it's in the correct format. This could be the reason why you're having issues with it. You can check these articles on how to check the CSV file format and how to fix importing errors:


If this issue persists, you'll want to use an incognito window and import the file from there. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P


Also, you'll want to clear the cache and make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can fix any browser-related issues.
