Importing older transactions for an existing linked account

I've linked a checking account and paypal into quickbooks online but only have data going back to January 1, 2024.  What is the easiest way to import all of 2023 for paypal? For the checking account it looks like only transactions going back to May 2023 are available.

Let's work together to import the older PayPal data to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

When you connect PayPal to QBO, only the past 90 days are imported. We can use the Web Connect files to import the 2023 transactions. Prepare the file and ensure the dates are correct.

 

Once ready, you can follow these steps to import your PayPal transactions:

 

  1. Go to Apps from the left menu.
  2. Choose My Apps at the top, and then locate the Sync with PayPal app card.
  3. Pick Settings on the Sync with PayPal app card.
  4. Click Run in the Manual Import section and enter the desired date range.
  5.  Hit Run to proceed.
