Importing Products with Zero Balance

I recognize this is important to you. Let me explain how to import Products and Services into QuickBooks Online further (QBO).

You're unable to import the list if you don't have the quantity on hand because this is one of the most required information to have when importing in QBO. I'd recommend importing the inventory list again with the quantity on hand, then adjusting the number immediately afterward.

Before we begin, note that once a list has been imported, it cannot be changed. In addition, we can only import 1,000 rows at a time. If your list is longer, I recommend separating it into smaller files.

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top. 
2. Select Product& Services. 
3. Put a check on those inventories that need to be edited, then click the Batch drop-down and choose Adjust Quantity. 
4. Hit Save and close.
